Jakub brings a diverse background across finance, logistics, automotive, and media, with experience gained from working inside high-performance teams across multiple sectors.

In February 2024, Jakub launched CONNECT Creative—a strategic brand agency—alongside his fiancée, Lauren. The agency focuses on brand development, creative execution, and building meaningful connections between businesses and their audiences.

Jakub combines commercial awareness with creative insight, bringing a balanced and pragmatic approach to business acquisitions and long-term growth at Everline Capital.
